Peppermint Tea

A peppermint leaf that is high in essential oils, of which 60% is menthol which is intensely apparent with this tea. The finest grade peppermint leaves are harvested, dried and then cut to add to the intensity of the tea. This is a wonderfully refreshing tea. Peppermint Tea is renowned for promoting healthy digestion and as a natural aid in soothing indigestion and the aroma of peppermint also promotes calmness.

Ingredients: Peppermint leaves

Brewing - Take 2.5g per cup and add boiling water (100°C). Allow the leaves to infuse for between 4-5 minutes depending on your desired taste.
