Decaf Breakfast Blend Tea

This is a delicious blend of Rwandan black teas. Decaffeinated using the CO2 method which preserves the great malty flavours of the tea. To begin the CO2 decaffeination process, the tea leaves are moistened with water and placed under pressure. Then streams of pressurized and heated CO2 are passed through the tea leaves, where it bonds with the caffeine molecules while leaving the tea leaves otherwise intact.

Ingredients: Rwandan black teas.

Brewing - Take 3g of tea and add boiling water (100˚C). Allow to infuse for 3-4 minutes.
