Balsamic Vinegar

Probably the most ubiquitous product on the vinegar shelf, balsamic vinegar has seen an explosion into the cupboards and kitchens of Britain.

The people at Aspall say "We import our balsamic vinegar in barrels from Modena in Italy and bottle it on site. It has a soft gentle aroma, full mouth feel with a sharp vinegar kick and a long finish.

Great for dressings and marinades.

The family favourite use would be over strawberries - but if we were being honest, we would probably use our apple balsamic in its place! We are still proud to have it as part of our range though."
